Description:
Daily duties of the team:
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.
- Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
- Support the team in other markets as needed.
- Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
- Support at customer events in the market.
- Support in market development and system adaptation.
What are we looking for?
- Native or bilingual in Spanish and English
- You live in Puebla (Mexico)
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Service oriented
- You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.
- You are passionate about customer care
Useful:
- Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French...
- A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
- You like to work in a team. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other.
- You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.
- You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.
