What you’ll be doing (and who with)
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions.
Your impact:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact and resolve inquiries quickly.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Spot growth opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with product, support, and tech teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Share customer insights to shape future improvements.
What are we looking for?
- Native English speaker.
- High level or bilingual in Spanish
- 2 years of work experience in sales or account management.
- Solid knowledge of software products (SaaS).
- Payments knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient and customer oriented manner.
- Proficient in the use of CRM such as Salesforce and other customer management tools.
Useful:
- Previous experience in account management in the software or vacation rental sector.
- Familiarity with B2B and sales processes.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a focus on the quality of work.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and goal-based environment.
- Average knowledge of excel.
