In my role, I guide a team of three awesome members. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, I get to bring in amazing people who align with our values for various positions. 

I'm all about making sure new team members feel right at home, supporting everyone's growth and happiness, and coming up with creative ways to spread the word about what makes our company special. 

Building the HR department from scratch was a huge achievement, and now as a People & Talent Director in an international setting, I'm excited to continue blending my passion for learning with my dedication to making a positive impact on Avantio and its clients.
