Who we are looking for

We’re looking for that person who, when someone says “Any Product Managers in the room?”, raises their hand with confidence — because they are the one.

An experienced profile with both business and technical vision, ready to join our VRMS (Vacation Rental Management System) team.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the full development lifecycle of new features: from discovery and early validation (MVPs, hypothesis testing, user feedback), to prioritization, technical execution and go-to-market.

• Actively contribute to the functional definition of the product, including:
  

-  Requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

-  Functional documentation for technical teams.

-  Wireframes or prototypes (sometimes you’ll need to create them if design isn’t available).

• Collaborate across teams (developers, QA, business and design) to ensure that solutions are functionally solid, technically feasible, and aligned with business objectives
  

• Coordinate closely with development to align execution with the product vision, anticipate blockers and make informed decisions.
  

• Continuously improve by analyzing product usage analysis, KPIs, and feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Prioritize the product backlog (Atlassian environment) based on business impact, technical feasibility and expected ROI.
  

• Scale existing features and build new ones while ensuring consistency, maintainability, and the right fit for Avantio.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in software products.
• Hands-on experience working with multidisciplinary teams (developers, design, customers…).
• Solid knowledge of technology and APIs (you’ll keep learning with us).
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• A problem-solving mindset, with autonomy and proactivity (yes, it’s a cliché, but crucial here).
• English level C1 (spoken and written).
•
